Conscious breathing - Online Course


Learn and practice effective tools for relaxation and enhancing healthy performance.
With exercises from Oxygen Advantage®, the Buteyko method and pranayama techniques.

The lessons will be held online on Zoom. They will be recorded and available afterwards. So you won't miss anything in case you miss one of the lessons.
